NIET BBA FAQs

Ques. Is BBA at NIET Greater Noida a full-time on-campus course or can it be done in distance mode?

Ans. The BBA program at NIET Greater Noida is strictly a full-time, on-campus course. Students are required to attend regular classes at the campus located at Knowledge Park-II, Greater Noida. There is no distance or online mode available for this program. Regular attendance is mandatory, and the college also conducts workshops and activities for which attendance is tracked. Absence from mandatory workshops can attract a penalty of Rs. 1,000 per instance, as reported by students.

Ques. What is the total fee for BBA at NIET and can it be paid semester-wise?

Ans. The total fee for the 3-year BBA program at NIET is Rs. 3,30,300 (Rs. 1,26,000 in the first year and Rs. 1,02,150 per year from the second year onwards). Students have the option to pay fees on a semester-wise basis. There is also a discount available if the full annual fee is paid at once. The first year fee is slightly higher due to one-time charges such as security deposit, registration fee, student welfare, and earnest money for placement.

Ques. Does NIET Greater Noida provide any scholarship for BBA students?

Ans. NIET does not offer its own institutional scholarships for BBA students directly. However, students can avail government scholarships. UP domicile students can apply for the UP Government Post-Matric Scholarship, which provides Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 60,000 per year for General/OBC students and up to Rs. 1,00,000 per year for SC/ST students. Additionally, students allotted seats through UPTAC counselling under the fee waiver category get a full waiver on tuition fees (Rs. 70,000 per year). Bihar domicile students can also apply for the Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme.

Ques. What is the difference between getting admission through UPTAC counselling vs. direct admission at NIET for BBA?

Ans. Through UPTAC counselling (85% of seats), admission is based on CUET UG scores and the candidate must be a UP domicile or have passed qualifying exams from a UP institution. The fee waiver category is also available only through UPTAC. Direct admission (15% of seats, management quota) is open to all candidates regardless of domicile and does not require a specific entrance exam score. However, direct admission seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and there is usually high demand, so early registration is advised. The fee structure is the same for both categories.

Ques. What are the career options after completing BBA from NIET Greater Noida?

Ans. After completing BBA from NIET, graduates can pursue entry-level roles in Marketing and Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, and Information Technology.
