What is APDHTE Application Form 2026?

The APDHTE Application Form 2026 is the online counselling registration through which you can apply for admission to MBBS, BDS, B.Sc Nursing, Pharmacy, and other Degree PCB Group courses under the 85% Arunachal Pradesh state quota. The Directorate of Higher and Technical Education (DHTE), Government of Arunachal Pradesh, conducts this counselling every year based on your NEET UG 2026 score and rank. Seats are primarily available at Tomo Riba Institute of Health and Medical Sciences (TRIHMS), Naharlagun, and other state-allotted medical and health science institutions in the state.

APDHTE does not conduct a separate PCB Group entrance exam. Your NEET UG 2026 rank is the sole merit criterion for the state quota. The remaining 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in these institutions are filled separately by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) and are outside APDHTE’s jurisdiction. For 2026, the state has provisionally earmarked 53 MBBS seats and 10 BDS seats under the state quota.

As of 22 June 2026, the APDHTE PCB Group 2026 counselling registration is not yet open — the official portal shows it as “Coming Soon.” Based on the 2025 schedule (registration opened 24 July 2025), the 2026 window is expected in the first week of July 2026. APDHTE Registration Trends — Last 5 Years

APDHTE does not publish year-wise candidate registration or participation statistics in the public domain. The MBBS state quota seat count has remained stable at around 53 for the past several cycles, with TRIHMS, Naharlagun accounting for the majority. The BDS seat count grew from 7 in 2025 to 10 in 2026, reflecting expanded dental college capacity in the state. Registrations are expected to grow as NEET UG participation from Arunachal Pradesh steadily increases each cycle.

APDHTE Application Form 2026: Important Dates

The APDHTE 2026 PCB Group counselling dates have not yet been officially announced as of 22 June 2026. The expected dates below are based on the 2025 counselling schedule. Always confirm final dates from the official brochure at apdhte.nic.in before taking any action.

APDHTE 2026 Eligibility Criteria (Before You Apply)

You must meet all of the following conditions before filling the APDHTE Application Form 2026. Students who do not satisfy the eligibility requirements will be rejected at the document verification stage, even if they successfully complete online registration and pay the fee.

Note: Only permanent residents of Arunachal Pradesh — APST certificate holders or PRC holders meeting the Category II conditions — are eligible for the 85% state quota. Students from other states cannot apply for APDHTE PCB Group state quota counselling. They must approach the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for the separate 15% All India Quota.

Verify your domicile category (APST or Non-APST) before registering — this field cannot be changed after registration is submitted.

How to Fill APDHTE Application Form 2026

The APDHTE 2026 PCB Group counselling process is entirely online. You will need to complete two phases: first create your registration, then fill the application form, upload documents, pay the fee, and lock your course and college choices.

Phase 1: New Registration

1. Once registration opens, visit the official counselling portal at apdhte.admissions.nic.in and click “New Registration” or “PCB Group 2026 Counselling Registration.”
2. Enter your NEET UG 2026 Roll Number and date of birth — the portal will auto-verify your credentials from the NTA database.
3. Enter your name, mobile number, and email ID exactly as they appear in your NEET UG 2026 registration.
4. Verify your mobile number using the OTP sent via SMS.
5. Set a strong password and note your Application Number / Registration ID immediately — you will need it for all future logins, document upload, choice filling, and seat acceptance.
6. Save your login credentials securely. You will require them throughout the entire counselling process, including at document verification and college reporting.

Phase 2: Fill the Application Form

1. Log in using your Application Number and Password at apdhte.admissions.nic.in.
2. Fill in personal details: name, date of birth, gender, domicile category (APST / Non-APST), and permanent address in Arunachal Pradesh.
3. Fill in academic details: Class 10 and Class 12 board name, year of passing, roll number, and PCB aggregate marks.
4. Confirm your NEET UG 2026 score, rank, and qualifying percentile — these are typically auto-populated from the NTA database after registration.
5. Upload your photograph, signature, and all required documents in the format and size specified in the official APDHTE 2026 brochure.
6. Pay the registration fee of ₹500 (APST students) or ₹750 (Non-APST students) via online mode. The ₹5,000 security deposit is collected separately at the time of seat acceptance.
7. Proceed to choice filling — select and arrange your preferred courses and colleges in order of preference. You can edit choices multiple times until the locking deadline.
8. Review your choice order carefully. Once you click “Lock Choices,” no further edits are possible.
9. Download and save your confirmation page / application receipt in PDF format and take a printout. You will need it at document verification, seat acceptance, and college reporting.

Note: Submit only one application. Multiple registrations from the same student will be summarily rejected and the fee will not be refunded.

Documents Required for APDHTE Application Form 2026

Keep all documents ready before you begin online registration. You will need to upload scanned copies at the portal, and carry originals with self-attested photocopies at the document verification stage.

Note: Upload a recent passport-size photograph with a white background and at least 80% of your face clearly visible. Do not upload edited, filtered, studio-retouched, or cropped photographs — these are rejected during document scrutiny.

Note: Your APST or PRC certificate must be issued by the competent authority at the required level. Certificates from inadequate or unauthorised authorities will result in cancellation of your seat even after allotment — verify the issuing authority requirements in the official brochure before applying.

APDHTE Application Fee 2026

The APDHTE 2026 registration fee is payable online at the time of registration. A separate security deposit is collected at the time of seat acceptance, which is adjustable against your tuition fee when you join the allotted college.

Payment is accepted via: Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI. No offline payment (cheque, demand draft, or cash) is accepted at the online registration stage.

Note: The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances — even if your form is rejected during scrutiny, your documents are found insufficient at verification, or you do not accept the allotted seat.

Note: If your online payment fails, do not make another payment immediately — wait 48–72 hours for the amount to be auto-reversed to your account before retrying. If the amount is debited but your registration is not confirmed, contact your bank with the transaction reference number and reach out to the APDHTE helpdesk.

The application fee is non-refundable — even if you withdraw your application or do not report to the allotted college after seat acceptance.

If your payment fails, do not retry immediately — wait 48–72 hours for the auto-refund before making a fresh payment.

APDHTE Application Form Correction 2026

APDHTE does not operate a separate standalone form correction window after registration closes. However, you can edit and re-arrange your course and college choices multiple times during the choice-filling period before locking them. Once choices are locked, no modifications are possible.

1. Log in to apdhte.admissions.nic.in using your Application Number and Password.
2. Navigate to “Edit Application” or “Modify Details” in your dashboard.
3. Make the required changes — re-upload your photograph, replace an incorrect document, or update contact details.
4. Save the changes and re-submit the form. Download the revised confirmation page immediately.
5. For errors in name, date of birth, or domicile category that cannot be self-corrected online, contact the APDHTE helpdesk using the contact details in the official brochure before the registration window closes.

Note: Once the choice-locking window closes, no changes to your course or college preferences are accepted under any circumstances — verify your preference order carefully before clicking “Lock Choices.”
