What is TSBIE Admit Card 2027?
The TSBIE admit card — officially called the Hall Ticket — is the mandatory entry document issued by the Telangana Government Board of Intermediate Education (TGBIE) for the Telangana Intermediate Public Examinations (TIPE) 2027. Without it, no student will be allowed inside the examination hall.
TGBIE issues separate hall tickets for Inter 1st Year (Class 11) and Inter 2nd Year (Class 12) students. The hall ticket lists every subject paper with its exam date and time, giving you a personalised exam schedule for the entire examination cycle. Invigilators check it at the entry gate and again at the desk before the exam starts.
TGBIE issues hall tickets through two channels:
- Regular Hall Ticket: Distributed by the student’s intermediate college; the principal or examination coordinator hands it out before the exam window opens.
- Private / Repeater / Betterment Hall Ticket: Available for direct download on the official portal at tgbie.cgg.gov.in using your registration number and date of birth.
TGBIE also delivers the hall ticket via WhatsApp to the mobile number registered during application. Treat the WhatsApp message as a backup copy — carry a colour printout on exam day; digital copies are not accepted at the exam centre.
Note: The hall ticket is an examination entry permit only. It does not confirm eligibility for promotion to the next year or for admission to a degree programme. Eligibility is determined separately after results are declared by TGBIE.
TSBIE Admit Card 2027 Release Date
TGBIE will release the TS Inter Hall Ticket 2027 for both 1st Year and 2nd Year students in February 2027. The board typically releases hall tickets two to three weeks before the exam start date. A preview hall ticket — for students to verify their details before the final version is issued — is expected in January 2027. The 2027 exams are expected to begin in March 2027, following the schedule pattern from previous years.

TSBIE 2027 Admit Card FAQs
Ques: When will the TSBIE Admit Card 2027 be released?
Ans: The TSBIE 2027 hall ticket is expected to be released in February 2027 at tgbie.cgg.gov.in. A preview hall ticket — for students to verify their details — is typically released in January 2027. TGBIE also sends the hall ticket via WhatsApp to the mobile number registered during enrolment.
Ques: How do I download the TSBIE Hall Ticket 2027?
Ans: Private and repeater students can download the TSBIE 2027 hall ticket from tgbie.cgg.gov.in by entering their Registration Number and Date of Birth once it is released in February 2027. Regular students collect their hall tickets from their intermediate college. TGBIE also delivers the hall ticket via WhatsApp to the registered mobile number.
Ques: Is the hall ticket different for Inter 1st Year and Inter 2nd Year students?
Ans: Yes. TGBIE issues separate hall tickets for Inter 1st Year (Class 11) and Inter 2nd Year (Class 12) students. Both are released together in February 2027. Make sure you download or collect the correct hall ticket for the year you are appearing in.
Ques: Can I use the WhatsApp hall ticket at the exam centre instead of a printout?
Ans: No. You must carry a printed colour copy of the hall ticket to the exam centre. A digital copy on your phone is not accepted. Invigilators check the printed hall ticket with the original photograph to verify your identity before allowing entry.
Ques: What details are printed on the TSBIE Admit Card 2027?
Ans: The TSBIE 2027 hall ticket contains your name, hall ticket number, date of birth, stream, medium of instruction, subject-wise exam dates and timings, reporting time, exam centre name and address, college name, photograph, and signature. It also lists important exam-day instructions from TGBIE.
Ques: What if there is a spelling mistake in my name on the hall ticket?
Ans: Contact your college principal immediately with your original Aadhaar card or school transfer certificate as proof. Your college will forward a correction request to TGBIE on your behalf. Private students should contact TGBIE directly at 040-24603315 or secy.tsbie@gmail.com with supporting documents.
Ques: What should I do if my photograph on the hall ticket is unclear?
Ans: Report it to your college immediately. Carry additional passport-size photographs on exam day — the same ones submitted during registration — along with a valid photo ID. Invigilators use the photograph for identification, so a clear print is important. If the issue is not resolved before the exam, inform the invigilator and show your ID proof.
Ques: Can I appear in the exam without a hall ticket?
Ans: No. Entry to the examination hall is not allowed without a valid printed hall ticket. There is no provision for a provisional entry pass on exam day. Download and store multiple printouts well before the first paper.
Ques: Will the TSBIE Hall Ticket 2027 be sent by post?
Ans: No. TGBIE does not send hall tickets by post. Regular students collect them from their intermediate college and private or repeater students download from tgbie.cgg.gov.in. TGBIE sends the hall ticket via WhatsApp as a convenience measure — but you must still carry a printed copy on exam day.
Ques: What ID proof should I carry with the TSBIE Admit Card 2027?
Ans: Carry any valid government-issued photo ID — Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, passport, or driving licence. If you do not yet have a government-issued ID, carry your college photo ID with photograph and institution seal. The ID must match the name and photograph on the hall ticket.
Ques: How many copies of the hall ticket should I carry?
Ans: Carry at least two to three colour printouts. Keep one per exam session, one for future reference during result or counselling, and one as a backup. Store all copies in a folder or plastic sleeve to keep them in good condition throughout the examination period.
Ques: Can I request a change in exam centre after the hall ticket is issued?
Ans: No. TGBIE does not allow exam centre changes after the hall ticket is released. The centre allotted to you is final. Plan your travel route and, if needed, accommodation in advance so you can report on time for every paper.
