The Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg (University of Oldenburg)was established in 1973, making it one of the youngest universities in Germany. University of Oldenburg Programs & Residence 

  • The Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg presents a wide range of academic programs including art & musicology, computer science, cultural studies & the humanities, the economic and social sciences, educational sciences, language studies, mathematics, the natural sciences, and the new medicine & health science programs started recently in 2012.
  • On-campus housing is not provided; however, the Student Service Organization (Studentenwerk) helps in finding places for accommodation either near to the campus or in the neighborhood
