Great workplace culture and growth

Been part of the ecosystem for two years now and the ride continues to be fun even today. Simple things like free medical insurance for employees and their spouses + add on for parents, a great referral program and great employee recognition make this a fantastic organization to work for. Yes, there's a sharp focus on performance and meeting a target - but when you do, the growth that comes along with it is staggering. If you're willing to put in the hard yards it is always seen and appreciated.
