SHWETHA, ARUN & SOWMYA gave me a tough time and worst service I have ever come across in my life it's an absolute waste of TIME and MONEY, with exorbitant charges for a simple passport work.
Staff are not having complete knowledge regarding the process and incomplete verification, which would lead to rejection, which was later blamed on us.
This is a third class pathetic agency which only cheats travellers and extracts more money than is required - they are a total con job who have never helped any genuine traveller in obtaining a visa.

Poor VISA service experience

I have taken the VISA services twice, unfortunately both the times they did a mess. And last time when we had applied for my mother VISA they had paid the amount to a different application number and I had to pay the money twice. Its going to be a year and still I have not received the money. The response is worst they have no patience and least bothered about customer. They are not even apologetic for the mistake what they have done. Worst experience

Visa application assistance, proactive and patient

Applied for a visa through them. There were some challenges due to my complicated itinerary, which Meghna helped overcome. Arun was very patient with submitting our documents and providing explanations to VFS despite delays from VFS side. Throughout the process, Meghna was transparent and kept me fully updated. Moreover, due to some error in VFS, tracking information was not available. Meghna was very proactive, kind and patient and took the time to call the consulate/VFS for updates. I liked the fact that their team was took it upon themselves to resolve any challenges that came up. I received a multiple year visa eventually.
