Massey offers a wide array of courses across 5 faculties: Business, Creative Arts, Health, Humanities & Social Science, and Science. Studying here, one gets to choose between more than 55 UG and PG courses Types of degrees offered include Bachelors and Masters with and without honors followed by Diploma, Certificate and Research programmes. Worldwide it has grabbed a place in top 50 for Veterinary Science, Agriculture & Forestry, and Food Science & Technology. Furthermore, it has been ranked in top 50-100 for Arts & Design, Development Studies and Nursing.
Massey is the only University in New Zealand to have multiple campuses providing exhaustive courses and each campus offering a variety of services such as library, recreational activities, medical and learning support, accommodation and Visa renewal facility. The University is spread across 3 main campuses, namely Auckland Campus, Palmerstone North Campus, and Wellington Campus.
Students may choose to stay in hall of residence/apartment/studio unit. Also, students may seek help of the University officials while opting for homestay accommodation. The residence halls are part of the 3 main campuses catering to 100-900 students. Once after confirming the admission students may apply online for accommodation. The application deadline for Semester II and Semester II is October 1 and May 1, respectively.

On an annual basis, one can expect the living cost to range between 15,000 and 18,000 NZD. Application deadline: The last day to apply for accommodation is October 1, 2018. Applications made after this date will be considered only if vacancy is there.
The University does not provide any financial aid to its students. Before enrolling, the students must ensure that they have sufficient amount of funds to support their education and stay. I chose to study the communication and media program at Massey University as it has been ranked top amongst the various universities. The lecturers come from both academic and industry backgrounds, hence providing us the best of both worlds. Also, a degree earned from this university will surely multiply my career prospects.
The course that I have selected to study will provide me a new insight. It is also taking over my knowledge of communication theory and practice to a new level. This interesting and varied course curriculum is a bliss to study.
