The Mop-Up Round is the final allotment stage of the B.Tech admission cycle this year.

The allotment result is hosted on the CSAP candidate portal. Candidates must follow the steps below to view their allotted seat.

- Sign in using your registered email ID or mobile number.
- Enter the OTP received on your registered contact.
- Open the CSAP dashboard inside your candidate profile.
- Check the allotted campus and B.Tech branch under Mop-Up Round.

How to Pay the AEEE 2026 Mop-Up Round Fee?
Allotted candidates must clear the full programme fee by July 4, 2026 to confirm their seat. Missing the deadline will lead to forfeiture of the allotted seat.

Who Is Eligible for the AEEE 2026 Mop-Up Round?
The Mop-Up Round covers candidates who registered for CSAP and remained unallotted in earlier rounds. It also covers candidates who chose to wait for an improved choice after participating in the previous rounds. Eligible candidates must hold a valid AEEE 2026 rank or a qualifying JEE Main 2026 percentile accepted by Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
Candidates must also meet the academic eligibility for B.Tech admission. A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry is required in Class 12. Each of these three subjects must individually carry at least 50% marks.
What Happens If You Do Not Pay the Fee on Time?
Candidates who fail to pay the full programme fee by July 4, 2026 will lose the allotted seat. The seat will not be carried forward to any further round. As per the official CSAP handbook, vacancy-based allotment beyond the Mop-Up Round, if any, will be posted on the website and intimated to candidates by email and message.
Candidates who are not offered at least one of their academic preferences till the Mop-Up Round are eligible for a refund of the registration fee paid earlier.
The Mop-Up Round is the final stage of the AEEE 2026 CSAP cycle. No upgrade or swap is allowed after this stage. Classes for the new B.Tech batch are expected to begin in mid-July 2026 across Amrita campuses.
