AP EAPCET 2026 Phase 1 Counselling Registration Opens on July 20 at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in; Check Steps to Apply

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) will open the AP Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2026 Phase 1 counselling registration on July 20, 2026. Candidates can register through the official portal at cets.apsche.ap.gov.in. The registration and fee payment window will remain open till July 29, 2026.

AP EAPCET 2026 Phase 1 counselling covers admission to BTech, agriculture and BPharm programmes offered by participating institutes across Andhra Pradesh. Only candidates who have qualified the AP EAPCET 2026 examination can participate in the counselling process. Certificate verification and web option entry will continue through the last week of July.

Who Is Eligible for AP EAPCET 2026 Counselling?

Only candidates who have qualified the AP EAPCET 2026 examination can register for counselling. The examination is conducted separately for the engineering stream and the agriculture and pharmacy stream. Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by APSCHE for their respective categories.

Candidates belonging to the Andhra Pradesh local area receive priority under the state reservation rules. Non-local candidates can apply for the unreserved share of seats. Applicants must also meet the Class 12 subject requirements for the course they wish to join.

AP EAPCET 2026 Counselling Registration Fee

Candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee to complete the counselling registration. The amount varies according to the applicant’s category.

The processing fee can be paid through debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI. The fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Documents Required for AP EAPCET 2026 Counselling

Candidates must keep scanned copies of the following documents ready before beginning the registration process:

• AP EAPCET 2026 hall ticket and rank card
• Class 10 SSC marks memo
• Class 12 Intermediate marks memo
• Aadhaar card
• Nativity or residence certificate for local area status
• Caste certificate for reserved category candidates
• Income certificate for fee reimbursement claims
• Study certificates from Class 6 to Class 12
• Transfer certificate issued by the last school or college

How to Register for AP EAPCET 2026 Phase 1 Counselling?

Follow the steps below to complete the counselling registration:

• Visit cets.apsche.ap.gov.in from July 20, 2026.
• Click on the AP EAPCET 2026 counselling registration link.
• Enter the hall ticket number, rank and date of birth.
• Fill in the required personal, academic and category details.
• Upload scanned copies of the required documents.
• Pay the processing fee online through the available payment gateway.
• Submit the registration form and save the acknowledgement receipt for future reference.

What Happens After Registration?

The online certificate verification process will begin on July 22, 2026. Candidates must book a verification slot and complete the process on the assigned date. Any mismatch in the submitted information or documents may lead to the rejection of the application.

After successful verification, candidates can exercise their web options from July 25 to July 31, 2026. They must arrange their preferred colleges and branches in the correct order of priority. Seat allotment will depend on the candidate’s AP EAPCET rank, category, local area status and preference order.

The provisional seat allotment result will be released on the official counselling portal. Candidates who receive a seat must complete online self-reporting and report to the allotted college within the prescribed deadline.
