AP EAPCET 2026 BiPC Final Phase Option Entry Deadline Extended; Check Revised Last Date

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has extended the AP Engineering Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2026 final phase option entry deadline for the Biology, Physics and Chemistry (BiPC) stream. Candidates can submit their web options through the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in. The revised deadline for web option entry is September 20, 2026. Candidates can add, modify and freeze their college preferences within the extended window.

The final phase covers seats remaining vacant after the previous counselling rounds. Candidates who qualified for AP EAPCET 2026 can revise their preferences before the deadline. The seat allotment order will be released shortly after the option-entry process ends.

AP EAPCET 2026 BiPC Final Phase Revised Schedule

APSCHE has retained most of the previously announced counselling dates. Only the BiPC web option entry deadline has been extended. The revised schedule is provided below.

AP EAPCET 2026 BiPC Processing Fee

Registered candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee to participate in the counselling process. The amount varies according to the candidate’s reservation category. Payment can be completed online through the official counselling portal.

How to Submit AP EAPCET 2026 BiPC Web Options?

Candidates who missed the earlier deadline can use the extended window to submit their preferences. The entire process is conducted online through the official APSCHE counselling portal.

1. Visit the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in.
2. Log in using the AP EAPCET 2026 hall ticket number and password.
3. Select the BiPC final phase option entry link from the dashboard.
4. Add preferred colleges and courses in the desired order.
5. Save the entered options and freeze the final list before September 20, 2026.
6. Download the confirmation slip for future reference.

Documents Required Before Locking AP EAPCET BiPC Options

Candidates should keep the following documents ready before entering and freezing their final preferences:

• AP EAPCET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
• Intermediate marks memorandum and study certificate
• Transfer certificate
• Community certificate, if applicable
• Income and residence certificates, as prescribed under the category rules
• Aadhaar card and passport-size photograph

2. Confirm that your processing fee payment is complete.
