AP PGCET 2026 Phase 1 Counselling Registration Begins at cap.apcfss.in; Check Last Date to Register

Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has opened Phase 1 counselling. It covers AP PGCET 2026 admissions on the official portal cap.apcfss.in. Registration is open for a six-day window this month. Phase 1 covers more than 150 PG courses across 17 state universities in Andhra Pradesh.

AP PGCET 2026 Counselling Fee

The Phase 1 processing fee is non-refundable. Candidates must pay it online during registration. The category-wise amount is listed below.

Payment is accepted through debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking. Candidates should save the transaction receipt for future reference.

Who Is Eligible to Register?

Only candidates who qualified AP PGCET 2026 can register in Phase 1. They must hold a valid APSCHE rank card. Candidates should also meet university-level eligibility for the chosen PG course.

How to Register for AP PGCET 2026 Phase 1 Counselling?

1. Visit the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in.
2. Click on the AP PGCET admissions link on the homepage.
3. Log in using the AP PGCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.
4. Verify the personal and academic details displayed on the screen.
5. Pay the non-refundable processing fee based on the category.
6. Upload scanned copies of the required certificates for verification.

Verified candidates will see the message "Candidate is eligible for exercising options". Others must visit a notified Help Line Centre for manual verification.

Documents Required for Certificate Verification

• AP PGCET 2026 rank card and hall ticket
• Qualifying degree memo and provisional certificate
• Transfer and study certificates from Class 9 to graduation
• Income and caste certificate from the competent authority
• Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photograph
