AP EAPCET 2026 final phase seat allotment for the MPC stream is out at cap.apcfss.in. Allotted candidates must complete online self-reporting and physical reporting at the assigned college between August 27 and August 31 or lose the seat.
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has released the final phase seat allotment. It covers Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test (AP EAPCET) 2026 candidates in the Mathematics Physics Chemistry (MPC) stream. The order is live on the official counselling portal at cap.apcfss.in. Allotted candidates must now complete both self-joining and physical reporting.
The self-joining window opens on August 27, 2026. Candidates must also report physically at their allotted college by August 31. Missing either step will cancel the allotted seat automatically.
This is the final counselling round of AP EAPCET 2026 for the engineering and pharmacy stream. Seats left vacant after this round move to spot admissions handled by colleges.

How to Download the AP EAPCET 2026 Final Allotment Order?
Follow these five steps to download the final phase allotment letter.
- Visit the official portal at cap.apcfss.in.
- Click on the AP EAPCET 2026 final phase allotment link.
- Log in with your hall ticket number and date of birth.
- The allotment order will open on the screen.
- Download the allotment letter and take a clear printout.
How to Complete Self Joining and Physical Reporting?
Self-joining is the online step done through the counselling portal. Physical reporting means visiting the allotted college in person with documents.
Log in to cap.apcfss.in and open the final allotment order. Click on the self-joining option and confirm your seat acceptance. Then carry the printed letter and originals to the college. Complete physical reporting on or before August 31.
Documents Required at the Allotted College
- AP EAPCET 2026 hall ticket and rank card
- Final phase allotment order printout
- Class 10 and Class 12 marks memos
- Transfer certificate and study or bonafide certificates
- Income and caste certificates, wherever applicable
- Aadhaar card and four passport-size photographs
What Happens If You Miss the August 31 Deadline?
The rule for this phase is strict on both steps. A candidate who skips online self-reporting will lose the allotted seat. A candidate who skips physical reporting will also lose the seat.
Forfeited seats are then treated as vacant. Colleges will fill these vacant seats through spot admissions at their own level.
This is the last centralised counselling round for the MPC stream this year. Any MPC seat left vacant after August 31 will not return to the state pool. Candidates without a college will need to approach spot admission cells directly.
