AP ICET 2026 Counselling Phase 1 Registration Begins; Check Steps to Register

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has opened Phase 1 counselling registration for the Andhra Pradesh Integrated Common Entrance Test (AP ICET) 2026 on the official portal at cap.apcfss.in. Candidates who qualified the AP ICET 2026 examination can now register, pay the processing fee and book slots for certificate verification.

The Phase 1 counselling covers admissions to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programmes offered by participating universities and affiliated colleges across Andhra Pradesh. Seat allotment will be conducted through the centralised web-based counselling process operated by the AP Centre for Financial Systems and Services (APCFSS).

3. Enter the AP ICET 2026 hall ticket number, rank and date of birth.

How Will Seat Allotment Work?

After certificate verification is completed, candidates can exercise web options by choosing their preferred colleges and specialisations in order of priority. The system considers rank, category, reservation and options entered while allotting seats.

Candidates who are allotted seats must download the allotment order and pay the tuition fee online through the portal. Self-reporting and physical reporting at the allotted college are the final steps to confirm admission.

Reservation and Eligibility Norms

Reservation rules laid down by the Government of Andhra Pradesh apply to Phase 1 counselling. Candidates must satisfy the local area, category and academic eligibility fixed for MBA and MCA admissions.

Applicants securing seats under special reservation quotas such as NCC, sports, physically handicapped or CAP must produce the relevant certificates during verification. Failure to submit valid proofs will lead to cancellation of the special category claim.
