How to Complete Self-Joining and Reporting?

Self-joining is an online step done on the allotment portal itself. Candidates must first accept the allotted seat through their dashboard. Only then can physical reporting at the college proceed.

What Happens After Phase 1 Reporting?

SBTET AP will conduct an internal sliding round for reported candidates. Students may be upgraded to higher-preference colleges based on vacancies. A spot round will follow for the seats that remain vacant.

Why This Deadline Matters

Diploma classes start on July 8, 2026, the same day reporting opens. Skipping the July 11 deadline forfeits both the seat and the counselling fee already paid.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Log in at polycet.ap.gov.in and download the allotment order.
  2. Arrange all original certificates with two sets of photocopies.
  3. Complete online self-joining on the candidate dashboard.
  4. Report to the allotted college between July 8 and July 11.
  5. Pay the tuition fee and collect the admission receipt.
Keep an Eye On

SBTET AP will soon notify the internal sliding round and spot round dates. Watch polycet.ap.gov.in for the Phase 2 counselling schedule.
