The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has released the Round 1 seat allotment cutoff. It covers Agriculture courses for the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (BCECE) 2026 counselling cycle. The list is live on the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
The cutoff is published and lists the opening and closing ranks for Round 1. Candidates can download it directly from the board's website through this official link.
BCECE 2026 was conducted on May 30 and May 31. The exam offers admission to Agriculture, Pharmacy, Paramedical, Nursing, and Engineering courses. About 85 percent of Agriculture seats are filled through BCECE.

Universities Under BCECE Agriculture Counselling
Two state universities admit Agriculture students through BCECE 2026. Both offer the four-year B.Sc Agriculture Honours programme under state quota seats.
- Bihar Agricultural University (BAU), Sabour, Bhagalpur
- Dr Rajendra Prasad Central Agricultural University (RPCAU), Pusa, Samastipur
Courses Offered Under the Agriculture Stream
The BCECE Agriculture stream mainly covers the B.Sc Agriculture Honours degree. Several allied undergraduate programmes are also open under this cutoff. These are spread across the two participating state universities.
Common allied options include B.Sc Horticulture Honours and B.Sc Forestry Honours at BAU Sabour. RPCAU Pusa also offers B.Tech in Dairy Technology and Food Technology.

How to Complete Document Verification?
Allotted candidates must report to the assigned nodal centre in person. The verification window runs from August 1 to August 3, 2026. Candidates need originals and two photocopies of every document.
Required papers include the BCECE 2026 admit card and rank card. Candidates must also carry Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets. Aadhaar, caste certificate, and domicile proof are mandatory too.
Missing the verification slot cancels the Round 1 seat allotment. Such candidates cannot qualify for the seat upgrade window either.
What If You Are Not Allotted a Seat?
Not every Round 1 candidate secures an allotment. BCECEB will conduct further rounds to fill remaining seats. Existing choices remain valid unless the candidate withdraws them.
Round 2 seat allotment is expected around August 10, 2026. A mop-up or spot round may follow if seats stay vacant after Round 2.
Agriculture counselling under BCECE opens only after UGEAC engineering rounds close. Round 1 is the first real chance for candidates seeking a B.Sc Agriculture seat in Bihar this year.
