Bihar PGDAC 2026 Round 3 Revised Schedule Out; Check Rank Card Date

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) issued a revised schedule. It covers Round 3 of Post Graduate Dental Admission Counselling (PGDAC) 2026. The notification is live on the official portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in. It supersedes the earlier Round 3 timeline from October 3, 2026.

The revision follows a notice from NBEMS New Delhi. That notice is dated October 14, 2026. NBEMS stands for the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences. The new timeline covers registration, rank card, allotment, and admission.

Bihar PGDAC 2026 Round 3 Counselling Fee

The counselling fee is Rs 2,200 for all categories. This amount is non-refundable in any case. Candidates must pay this fee during online registration. Payment can be made through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

Bihar PGDAC 2026 Round 3 Security Deposit

The security deposit depends on the college type and the candidate category.

Documents Required for Verification

Candidates allotted a seat must carry original documents to the reporting centre. Missing papers can lead to seat cancellation at the verification stage.

• BDS degree certificate
• Internship completion certificate
• Dental Council of India registration certificate
• Academic mark sheets of all BDS years
• Caste and residence certificates where applicable
• Photo identity proof such as Aadhaar or PAN

Candidates can complete the online registration through the steps given below.

1. Visit the official BCECEB portal at bceceboard.bihar.gov.in.
2. Click on the Round 3 PGDAC 2026 counselling link.
3. Fill the online application form with the required details.
4. Pay the counselling fee of Rs 2,200 online.
5. Fill and lock preferred course and college choices.
6. Save a copy of the confirmation page for records.

Action Plan for Candidates

1. Download the revised schedule PDF from the BCECEB website.
2. Keep the NEET MDS 2026 scorecard and BDS documents ready.
3. Lock preferred choices before 11:59 PM on November 10, 2026.
4. Check the website on November 12, 2026 for the seat allotment result.
5. Report for document verification at the allotted college on time.
