CBSE Datesheet 2021: Board Rules Out Fake Media Reports, Exam Schedule Yet to be Announced

CBSE Board Exam 2021: Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued a notification clarifying that exam dates are yet to be announced for theory as well as practical exams for CBSE Board 2021.

At a press meet, an official from the CBSE Board confirmed that the board has not announced any specific dates regarding Class 10 and Class 12 CBSE Board Exams 2021.

Referring to several rumors circulated through the media, CBSE Board responded that news regarding Board Exam date sheet for practical exams is fake.

Officials reported their denial in response to clarifying misleading reports of media agencies and news portals regarding exam dates for CBSE 2021.

Initially, fake reports also claimed that the board has confirmed conducting CBSE Board 12th Practicals in January-February, 2021. Some of these reports even claimed to the extent that practical exams will be conducted between January 01 and February 08, 2021.

Hence, CBSE Board officials have now clarified by issuing a statement that dates have not been finalised so far but it will release the final date sheet soon.

Amidst the various misleading conjectures and rumors, several parents reached out to CBSE Board demanding clarification about the conduction of CBSE Board Exams.

Responding to this, CBSE Secretary Anurag Tripathi, while addressing a webinar on New Education Policy (NEP), confirmed that CBSE Board Exams 2021 for both Class 10 and 12 will be held for sure.

He also informed that the board is assessing the mode via which the exam might be conducted, owing to the situations of the pandemic. He also added that the CBSE Board is planning, and will soon reveal how it will conduct the test assessment along with the detailed exam schedule.
