The Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Government of Puducherry, has officially started the NEET PG Counselling 2025 process for admission to MD and MS programmes under the Government Quota, Management Quota, and Telugu Minority Quota.
The online application window opened on November 14, 2025, and eligible NEET PG 2025 qualified candidates can apply at centacpuducherry.in until November 19, 2025.

CENTAC has advised all applicants to download and carefully read the NEET PG Medical Information Brochure available on the official website before filling out the application form. Incomplete forms will be rejected, and no requests for reconsideration will be entertained.

The candidate should have passed the final M.B.B.S. examination from a recognised Institution / University and must have satisfactorily completed a Year Compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship (CRRI) as on 31st July 2025, and must submit their internship completion certificate at the time of admission.
The entire counselling and admission process will be conducted online. A candidate can submit only ONE NEET-PG MEDICAL application. Any candidate found to have submitted more than one application for NEET-PG MEDICAL shall be debarred from the NEET-PG MEDICAL Counselling process, and his / her candidature shall be cancelled.
Payment of the application fee is compulsory and non-refundable. Applications submitted without the fee will be rejected, and candidates can enter their course preferences only after completing the payment. For the Government Quota, the fee is ₹1,500 for SC/ST/PwD candidates and ₹3,000 for others. For the Management Quota, the application fee is ₹5,000.
CENTAC has also published the MD/MS tuition fee details online. The fee must be paid to CENTAC through online mode only. Candidates are encouraged to check the websites of individual colleges to understand any additional fees or bond requirements.
The merit lists and allotment results for each counselling round will be published only on the website. After allotment, candidates must physically report to the allotted college with original documents and pay the required fees to confirm their admission.
Submission of the application will be only through the CENTAC website – www.centacpuducherry.in. Candidates should check the website regularly for updates until the completion of the admission process.
