Round 4 Stray Round registration for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 has opened. Candidates can register and submit choices on the official portal. The portal is accessible at cgdme.admissions.nic.in. The registration window closes on October 18, 2026.
The stray round covers 180 clear vacancies in state colleges. These include 87 MBBS seats and 93 BDS seats. The seats remained unfilled after the earlier three counselling rounds. Fresh candidates and previously registered applicants can both apply.

How to Register for the Chhattisgarh NEET UG 2026 Stray Round?
Candidates must register fresh for the stray round. This applies even to previously registered applicants. The entire process runs online.
- Visit the official portal at cgdme.admissions.nic.in.
- Click on the Round 4 Stray Round registration link.
- Fill in NEET UG 2026 roll number and personal details.
- Upload the required documents in the prescribed format.
- Pay the counselling fee using online payment modes such as net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.
- Proceed to choice filling and lock the preferences before the deadline.
Who Is Eligible for the Stray Round?
Candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2026 to apply. Domicile of Chhattisgarh is a mandatory requirement. Previously unallotted candidates can also take part. The state domicile rule applies to every applicant.
