The Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLUs) has officially released the CLAT UG 2026 fifth and final allotment list on May 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM. This marks the final round of the counselling process for admission to the 5-Year Integrated Law Programme at various National Law Universities across India. Candidates can access their seat allotment status by logging into the official portal at consortiumofnlus.ac.in using their credentials.

The fifth allotment list represents the final opportunity for candidates to secure seats in their preferred NLUs. This round includes seats that became available due to withdrawals and upgradations from previous rounds. Candidates who have been allotted seats in this final round must complete the confirmation process within the specified timeframe to secure their admission.

CLAT UG 2026 Fifth Allotment Important Dates

How to Check CLAT UG 2026 Fifth Allotment?

Candidates can check their fifth allotment status by visiting the official Consortium of NLUs website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in. They must log in using their credentials to access the allotment list and view their seat assignment. The portal displays detailed information including the allotted NLU, program, and seat category for each candidate.

After checking the allotment, candidates must decide whether to accept the seat by paying the confirmation fee or exercise the exit option. The confirmation fee payment must be completed by May 25, 2026, at 2:00 PM to finalize the admission. Candidates who do not pay the confirmation fee within the deadline will lose their allotted seat.

Confirmation Fee and Payment Process

Candidates allotted seats in the fifth round must pay the confirmation fee to the Consortium for the Freeze option or directly to the respective NLU for admission. The confirmation fee payment window is open from May 20 to May 25, 2026 (2:00 PM). After paying the confirmation fee, candidates must pay the university fee by May 30, 2026, at 5:00 PM to complete the admission process.

The refund policy for the fifth round follows the same guidelines as previous rounds. Candidates who exercise the exit option before May 25, 2026, will receive a refund minus the applicable deductions as per the refund policy.
