COMEDK BArch Round 4 Counselling 2026 Schedule Released at comedk.org; Check Choice Filling Dates

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the Round 4 counselling schedule for Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) admissions 2026. The schedule is available on the official portal at comedk.org. Candidates without a seat from earlier rounds can now take part.

As per the official notification, choice filling for Round 4 will open on September 7, 2026 at 2 PM. The window will close on September 8, 2026 at 2 PM. The seat allotment result will be released on September 9, 2026 at 4 PM.

The decision-making window for allotted candidates will remain open from September 9 to September 11, 2026 at 12 Noon. College reporting will happen between September 9, 4 PM and September 11, 3 PM. Candidates must complete all steps within the given time.

Who Can Take Part in COMEDK BArch Round 4?

Round 4 is open to eligible COMEDK Architecture candidates who did not secure a seat in the earlier rounds. It also includes candidates who chose to upgrade or did not accept a previous allotment. Fresh registrations are not allowed at this stage of counselling.

Only General Merit seats have been offered for Architecture in earlier rounds. Candidates should check the vacant seat matrix on the official portal before filling choices. This helps avoid wasted preferences during the short choice-filling window.

How to Take Part in COMEDK BArch Round 4 Counselling?

The Round 4 process is fully online until the reporting stage. Candidates should follow the steps below to complete the process.

1. Visit the official COMEDK portal at comedk.org.
2. Log in using your COMEDK application number and password.
3. Check the vacant seat matrix for Architecture colleges.
4. Fill and reorder your choices before the deadline.
5. Lock your choices before September 8, 2026 at 2 PM.
6. Check the allotment result on September 9, 2026 from 4 PM.
7. Take a decision on the allotted seat within the window.
8. Report to the allotted college with the required documents.

What Documents Are Needed at the Reporting Stage?

Candidates must carry original and self-attested copies of key documents. These include the COMEDK admit card, Class 10 and 12 mark sheets, and the NATA scorecard where required. Photo identity proof and passport-size photographs are also needed.

The allotment letter and fee payment receipt must be shown at the college. Category certificates should be produced if claimed during registration. Candidates should confirm the exact list with the allotted institution before travel.
