Delhi University (DU) has begun the phase-2 mock test for Open Book Exams (OBE) from today, August 1, 2020, for all the UG and PG courses. The mock test is designed for final year students of DU who will appear in Open Book Exams, soon.
The links to mock tests are available on Delhi University's official website. Students have to log into the portal using their login credentials. Login credentials include roll number and password which are furnished for registered candidates.
In case any Delhi University student is not registered, click the ‘New Registration’ button. Enter name, roll number, program name and mode of exam to confirm registration.

Earlier, DU released the first phase of OBE mock tests on July 27, 2020. The mock tests were scheduled for regular, SOL and NCWEB students who will take the OBE from August 10, 2020. During the first phase of exams, several students complained of facing serious technical glitches.
Meanwhile, Delhi HC summoned CSC, DU to state its preparedness to hold open book exams 2020.
As of now, the second phase of OBE mock tests are available till August 4. Students can log in and take the tests to get familiar with the question pattern and functionality of actual Open Book Exams to commence from August 10, 2020.
Earlier, Delhi university had decided to conduct UG, PG Final Semester Exams in the month of August in OBE Mode.
In view of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic in India, there have been breakthrough changes in the educational sector and the way exams are conducted and perceived. DU had planned to conduct an Open Book Exam for final year/ semester students as a result of this. However, it has been subject to multiple postponements since then.
