DU has released the CSAS UG Round 1 seat allotment on July 16 2026 at ugadmission.uod.ac.in. Of 2,18,284 registered candidates, 93,033 got seats. Accept the seat by July 18 and pay the fee by July 21.
The University of Delhi (DU) has released the Round 1 seat allotment. The Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) list is now live. Students can view it at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
DU released the allotment on July 16, 2026, at 5 PM. The list covers all undergraduate (UG) programmes offered under CSAS. It is based on CUET UG 2026 scores and student preferences.
Candidates can log in with their CUET UG 2026 application number and password. The allotment status appears on the CSAS dashboard. Category reservations and programme-specific eligibility have been applied.

How to Check the DU CSAS Round 1 Allotment 2026?
Students should follow these steps to view their allotted seat. The full process runs on the CSAS portal.
- Visit the CSAS portal at ugadmission.uod.ac.in.
- Click on the candidate login link on the homepage.
- Enter the CUET UG 2026 application number and password.
- Open the allotment tab on the dashboard.
- View the allotted college, programme, and category details.

How to Accept the Allotted Seat?
Seat acceptance is mandatory to hold the allocated seat. Skipping this step will cancel the Round 1 allotment.
- Log in to the CSAS portal with the required credentials.
- Open the allotment tab and read the details.
- Click on the Accept Allocation button.
- Confirm the acceptance before July 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM.
Once accepted, the allotted college will verify the uploaded documents online. The college verification process will run from July 16 to July 20, 2026. Students must check the dashboard regularly for any college query or document requirement.
How to Pay the DU Admission Fee?
Fee payment confirms admission after the allotted college completes the document verification. Candidates must pay the admission fee online through the CSAS portal.
The last date for fee payment is July 21, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Missing the deadline will cancel the allotted seat.

What Are the Options for Unsatisfied Candidates?
Students who are unhappy with the Round 1 allotment can select the upgrade option. The upgrade preference will remain active for the next allocation round. Applicants who did not receive any seat in Round 1 will also remain eligible for Round 2.
The DU CSAS UG Round 2 seat allotment is scheduled for July 25, 2026. It will be released at 12 Noon on the CSAS portal.

A total of 1,25,251 registered candidates did not get a seat in Round 1. They stay in the pool for the July 25 second allocation. Fresh vacancies may also open if accepted students skip the fee payment window.
