Delhi University has formed six committees to address grievances related to different stages of the admission and examination process. The Dean of Student Welfare Pankaj Arora will be responsible for overseeing the overall functioning.

New Delhi: As per the University notification, the university has formed a Student's Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRCs) for the redressal of grievances of the students in terms of the provisions of UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023. The SCRC as the overall Grievance Redressal Committee of the University will monitor the overall functions of the SCRC of the respective colleges of the University.

Delhi University's commitment to student rights, ensuring transparency, and promoting a positive learning environment. It showcased how the university has a proactive approach to addressing students' concerns for their overall development.

The other committees such as SGRC for admissions, SGRC for examinations, SGRC for departments, and the SGRC for hostels will address students' concerns at different levels. Along with this, there is also one SGRC that has been formed for PwBD students which will address the grievances related to students with disabilities.

 The five-member committee will be headed by Bipin Tiwari, OSD Equal Opportunity Cell while the SGRC for admissions will be headed by Dean of Admission Haneet Gandhi. The examination will be chaired by Ajay Arora, OSD Examination, and grievances related to the functioning of the academic departments within the university, Professor Manoj Singh will be heading the committee.
