DU SOL Admission 2020 Likely to Begin From Next Week, Check Details Here

Board of Distance Education has given Delhi University's School of Open Learning the approval for admission to the new semester.

Following this, Delhi University SOL is likely to commence the admission process from next week. Special Work Officer of SOL, Prof. Uma Shankar Pandey has stated that the students had been waiting for a long time to start the admission process in SOL.

“Our helpline was constantly asked questions regarding SOL admission. But, now with the approval from the Board of Distance Education, we will start the admission process soon,” she further stated.

As per sources, the admission process for the varsity’s SOL is likely to start from the upcoming Monday.

DU SOL Undergraduate Courses

DU admits 2x more students in the SOL as compared to students of regular courses. The classes for DU SOL students are conducted two days a week on Saturdays and Sundays.

• Marksheet of 10th and 12th

• PAN card 
• Application fee 

The syllabus for both DU and regular and Distance Education is the same for students pursuing the courses. 

Further, due to implementation of the choice based credit system, the course which will now be taught in regular mode will be taught in distance mode also.
