Haryana Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
In order to be eligible for the Haryana Post-Matric Scholarship 2025-26, the following conditions must be met by the students:
- Must be a resident of Haryana.> * Must come from an SC/BC/OBC/EWS/DNT/Minority group.
- Must have enrolled in Class 11 or above (Post Matric level).
- Family income must not be greater than ₹2,50,000 per annum for SC students and ₹1,50,000 per annum for BC/OBC student.
- Must have obtained at least 50% marks in the previous Examination.
- Must have 75% attendance in the previous academic session.
- Students who have enrolled in Distance/Correspondence courses are not eligible.

- First you will want to visit Har-Chhatravriti Scholarship Portal at harchhatravriti.highereduhry.ac.in
- Then you are required to register via the use of your Parivar Pehchaan Patra (PPP) / Family ID
- Once you have completed that step, please verify your mobile number with the OTP sent to your phone
- Once that is completed, you may proceed to log into the portal with the generated credentials provided from the system
- Once entered into the online portal, make sure to select the Post Matric Scholarship Scheme that applies to your situation.
- Please fill carefully academic, income, and personal details.
- Upload the scanned supporting documents where require.
- Lastly submit your application and take print out of Acknowledgement slip.
