GGSIPU has released the Round 1 seat allotment for BTech, BCA, BBA, LLM and 5-year Integrated MBA programmes at ipu.admissions.nic.in. Allotted candidates must pay the Rs 40,000 part academic fee by July 6, 2026 to confirm the seat.

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has released the Round 1 seat allotment result 2026 for BTech, BCA, BBA, LLM and 5-year Integrated BBA-MBA programmes. Candidates can check the allotment result on the official admission portal at ipu.admissions.nic.in.
GGSIPU result was declared on July 2, 2026, as part of the Academic Session 2026-27 centralised online counselling. Candidates who have been allotted a seat must pay the part academic fee of Rs 96,000 by July 6, 2026.
The fee must be paid through the online payment gateway available on the admission portal. If the fee is not paid within the given deadline, the allotted seat will be automatically cancelled.

How to Check the GGSIPU Round 1 Seat Allotment Result?
Allotted candidates can view their result and download the provisional allotment letter through the official portal. The portal login requires the CET application number and password created during registration.
- Visit the official portal at ipu.admissions.nic.in.
- Click on the Round 1 seat allotment result link for the respective programme.
- Log in using the application number and password.
- View the allotted institute, branch and category rank.
- Download the provisional allotment letter for future use.

How to Confirm the Allotted Seat?
Confirming the allotted seat is a two-step process. Candidates must first select an action against the allotment and then pay the part academic fee before the deadline.
- Log in to the admission portal with the required credentials.
- Select one option from Freeze, Float or Withdraw.
- Pay the Rs 40,000 part academic fee online.
- Download the fee receipt and provisional admission letter.
- Report to the allotted institute with original documents on the notified date.
Freeze, Float and Withdraw Explained
Each option decides whether the candidate will remain eligible for later counselling rounds. The action must be selected before paying the fee on the portal.
- Freeze: Accept the current allotted seat and exit further counselling rounds.
- Float: Accept the current seat but remain eligible for a better allotment in Round 2.
- Withdraw: Exit the counselling process without holding any seat.

Which Documents Are Needed for Reporting?
Candidates must carry the required original documents and self-attested photocopies during physical reporting at the allotted institute. Missing documents can lead to provisional admission with a strict submission deadline.
