GSAUCA UG 2026 Registration Deadline Extended to July 2; Check Last Date to Apply

The Gujarat State Agricultural Universities Common Admissions (GSAUCA) committee has extended the registration deadline for the Undergraduate (UG) Admission 2026 cycle. Candidates can now submit the online application form till July 2, 2026 on the official portal at ug.gsauca.in.

The earlier last date to apply was June 29, 2026. The extension gives aspirants three additional days to complete registration. It also pushes the form verification and choice filling steps forward by the same window.

GSAUCA conducts joint admissions for four state agricultural universities in Gujarat. Admission is granted on the basis of Class 12 board marks. There is no separate written entrance examination for these undergraduate programmes.

The common admission covers a mix of B.Sc. (Hons.) and B.Tech. programmes. These are spread across agriculture, allied sciences, and engineering streams.

Who Is Eligible to Apply?

Applicants must have cleared Class 12 from a recognised board in the Science stream. The qualifying subjects can be either Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM).

The minimum aggregate is 45 percent in the qualifying examination. The relaxed cut-off for SC and ST category candidates is 40 percent.

Application Fee for GSAUCA UG 2026

The application fee for the UG admission cycle is Rs 500. The fee is paid through an HDFC Bank challan generated on the portal after form submission. The fee is non-refundable once paid.

How to Apply for GSAUCA UG 2026?

The full application is completed online through the official portal. Candidates must use a working mobile number and email address that stay active throughout the admission cycle.

1. Visit the official portal at ug.gsauca.in.
2. Click on the new registration link and create a login.
3. Fill in personal, academic, and category details in the application form.
4. Upload scanned copies of the required documents and photograph.
5. Generate the HDFC Bank challan and pay the Rs 500 application fee.
6. Submit the form and download the confirmation page for records.

Applications marked as "Un-Verify" after submission must be corrected before July 3, 2026. Students should re-upload missing documents and resubmit within the verification window.

Why Choice Filling Cannot Be Skipped?

Choice filling is a separate mandatory step after form submission. Candidates must list preferred universities and programmes by July 4, 2026. They must save and lock their choices before the window closes.

Failure to lock choices removes a candidate from the merit list. Such students will not be considered for seat allotment in Round 1.

Action Plan for Candidates

1. Visit ug.gsauca.in and complete registration before July 2, 2026.
2. Keep Class 10 and Class 12 marksheets, category certificate, and a passport-size photo ready in scanned form.
3. Pay the Rs 500 fee through the HDFC Bank challan generated on the portal.
4. Track verification status and clear any "Un-Verify" remarks by July 3, 2026.
5. Lock university and programme choices on or before July 4, 2026.
