Document verification at the Help Centre has also tightened. Only original documents will be accepted from Round 3 onwards.
DigiLocker documents and colour photocopies are no longer valid. Candidates relying on them risk losing their allotted seat.

Security Deposit and Round 4 Eligibility
The committee has issued a strict warning on reporting deadlines. Candidates missing the reporting window will face two penalties.
The refundable security deposit of Rs 10,000 will be forfeited. Such candidates will also lose eligibility for the Round 4 counselling.
Candidates must therefore complete both fee payment and reporting on time. Delays after allotment cannot be reversed by the committee.
Who Should Report in Round 3?
All candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 must report. This includes those upgraded from Round 1 or Round 2 allotments.
Candidates satisfied with their Round 1 or Round 2 seat need not re-report. Those upgraded in Round 3 must complete fresh document verification.
