The State CET Cell has released the MAH NEET UG 2026 CAP Round 3 final merit list on medical2026.mahacet.org. Candidates can fill and lock choices between October 7 and 9. The seat allotment result follows on October 11.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET Cell), Maharashtra has released the MAH NEET UG 2026 Centralised Admission Process (CAP) Round 3 final merit list on the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org. Online choice filling is now open for registered candidates. The preference window closes on October 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
The provisional merit list was issued on September 29, 2026. The final list follows document verification and grievance redressal. Only candidates included in the final merit list are eligible for CAP Round 3.

How to Fill Choices for MAH NEET UG 2026 Round 3?
Choice filling for CAP Round 3 is now live on the official portal. Candidates must select and lock their preferences by October 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM. The Round 3 seat matrix was released on October 6, 2026.
Preferences submitted during CAP Round 1 and Round 2 are no longer valid. All eligible candidates must submit fresh choices for Round 3. Options not locked before the deadline will not be considered for allotment.
Steps to Fill Preferences
- Visit the official portal at medical2026.mahacet.org.
- Log in using the application number and password.
- Open the CAP Round 3 preference form section.
- Select colleges and courses in order of priority.
- Review the preference list and click the Lock button.
- Download the confirmation receipt for future reference.
What Happens After Choice Filling?
The CAP Round 3 seat allotment result will be declared on October 11, 2026. Candidates who receive a seat must report physically to the allotted college.
The reporting window will remain open from October 11 to October 14, 2026 until 5:30 PM.
Candidates must carry all original documents along with the required admission fee while reporting. Failure to report within the prescribed deadline may result in cancellation of the allotted seat.

CAP Round 3 is the last state round for MBBS and BDS. Candidates who missed earlier allotments get a final chance here. Options from Round 1 and Round 2 are void. Fresh choices are mandatory this round.
