HP NEET UG Round 3 Counselling 2026 Schedule Released Check Last Date to Apply

The Atal Medical and Research University (AMRU), Himachal Pradesh, has released the revised Round 3 counselling schedule for NEET UG 2026. The notification covers MBBS and BDS admissions under the 85 per cent state quota. Candidates can access the schedule on the official portal at amruhp.ac.in.

Fresh online applications for Round 3 will open on September 22, 2026. The last date to submit the application form is September 27, 2026. Candidates who did not register in earlier rounds can now apply. Those seeking upgradation in the third round must also complete the process within this window.

Who Can Apply for HP NEET UG Round 3 Counselling 2026?

Fresh candidates who qualified NEET UG 2026 are eligible for Round 3. Aspirants who did not participate in Rounds 1 and 2 may register now. Candidates already allotted a seat can seek upgradation in this round.

Applicants must meet the Himachal Pradesh state domicile rules for state quota seats. All-India candidates are considered only for the open pool where notified. Aspirants must carry a valid NEET UG 2026 scorecard during counselling.

How to Apply for HP NEET UG Round 3 Counselling 2026?

Candidates must complete the process online through the official portal. Follow the steps carefully to avoid errors.

1. Visit the AMRU official website at amruhp.ac.in.
2. Click on the Round 3 counselling registration link.
3. Enter NEET UG 2026 roll number and required credentials.
4. Fill personal, academic, and category details in the form.
5. Upload the scanned documents in the prescribed format.
6. Pay the counselling fee through the online payment mode.
7. Submit the form and download the confirmation page.

Choice Filling and Seat Allotment Process

The vacancy list will be published on October 1, 2026. Choice filling and locking will remain open from October 1 to October 4, 2026. Candidates must lock their preferences before the deadline. Unlocked choices will be auto-locked by the system.

The provisional seat allotment result will be declared on October 6, 2026. The final seat allotment will be released on October 8, 2026. Allotted candidates must report at the assigned college between October 12 and 13, 2026.

Documents Required at Reporting

Candidates should keep the following documents ready before reporting to the allotted college.

• NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard.
• Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates.
• Himachal Pradesh domicile or bonafide certificate.
• Category certificate, if applicable, in the prescribed format.
• Valid photo ID proof such as Aadhaar card.
• Recent passport-size photographs.
• Allotment letter downloaded from the AMRU portal.

3. Complete fresh registration between September 22 and 27, 2026.

6. Download the final allotment letter on October 8, 2026.
7. Report to the allotted college on October 12 or 13, 2026.
