The extended deadline applies to both fresh admissions and online re-registration. ODL aspirants must register at ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in. Online mode candidates must apply at ignouiop.samarth.edu.in. Every applicant needs an active email, mobile number, and a mandatory APAAR ID.

Candidates must register on the official Samarth portal before the deadline. The process is fully online and needs pre-scanned documents. Payment is accepted via net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI.

- Click on "New Registration" and create a login using name, email, and mobile.
- Log in and fill in personal, academic, and programme details.
- Upload the photograph, signature, and required certificates.
- Pay the Rs 300 application fee online.

IGNOU Fee and Refund Policy
The Rs 300 registration fee is non-refundable in all cases. Programme fees remain fully refundable before admission confirmation. After confirmation, a 15 percent deduction applies, capped at Rs 2,000.
