IIM Calcutta MBAEx Round 2 Admissions 2027 Open; Check Last Date to Apply

The Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (IIM Calcutta) has opened Round 2 applications for its Post Graduate Programme for Executives (MBAEx/PGPEX). Eligible candidates can apply online at application.iimcal.ac.in. The last date to submit the form is December 1, 2026.

The admission is for the MBAEx 21st Batch 2027-28 programme. MBAEx is a one-year full-time residential programme for working professionals. Shortlisted candidates will attend personal interviews later in December.

Where Will the MBAEx Interviews Be Held?

IIM Calcutta will conduct the personal interviews across four Indian cities. Candidates can choose their preferred interview venue while filling the form.

Overseas applicants may opt for an online interview instead. All India-based candidates must attend the interview in person.

Standardised Test Requirement

The institute has clarified a key rule for this admission cycle. Online GMAT scores will not be accepted for the MBAEx 21st Batch. Applicants must submit valid in-person GMAT or equivalent test scores.

Candidates without a recent in-centre scorecard should book a test slot early. Last-minute slot shortages have been reported at test centres in metro cities.
