IIM Lucknow has released its Final Placement Report 2024-26 and Summer Placement Report 2025-27. The highest domestic package touched Rs 1 crore and the average stipend rose 16.5 percent to Rs 1.67 lakh per month.
The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has released the Final Placement Report 2024-26 and the Summer Placement Report 2025-27. Both reports are available on the official website of IIM Lucknow at iiml.ac.in. The reports cover the 41st batch of the Post Graduate Programme (PGP) and the 22nd batch of the Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management (PGP-ABM).
The final placement cycle saw 559 students receive more than 580 offers from over 200 recruiters. The summer placement cycle recorded 562 offers for a batch of 572 students.
IIM Lucknow Final Placement 2024-26 Highlights
The highest domestic salary stood at Rs 1 crore per annum. The highest international package touched Rs 65 LPA.
Over 200 domestic and international recruiters took part in the drive. Consulting led the hiring charts, followed by finance, product management, and sales and marketing.

IIM Lucknow Summer Placement 2025-27 Highlights
The summer placement cycle for the incoming batch posted strong gains. The average stipend rose 16.5 percent year on year, and the median rose 14.5 percent.
The batch of 572 students had 399 male and 173 female candidates. The 572-student cohort secured 562 internship offers in all.
