How to Check the JEECUP 2026 Round 1 Cutoff?
The OR-CR report shows the opening and closing ranks by institute, branch and category. Candidates can filter the table by group, quota and round to view specific data.
- Visit the official portal at jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
- Click on the JEECUP Counselling Opening and Closing Rank 2026 link.
- Select the group, round, quota and category from the drop-down menu.
- Submit the details to view the cutoff report.
- Download or take a printout for reference during choice locking.
How to Accept the Allotted Seat?
Allotted candidates must complete the acceptance formalities within the given window. Skipping any step will lead to cancellation of the allotted seat.
- Log in to the JEECUP portal using the application number and password.
- View the allotment letter and check the allotted institute and branch.
- Pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 3,000 through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
- Choose either the Freeze or Float option before submission.
- Visit the assigned district help centre with original documents for verification.
Freeze or Float: Which Option to Pick?
The Freeze option means the candidate accepts the current seat and exits further rounds. The Float option retains the current seat but keeps the candidate eligible for upgrade in Round 2.
Candidates satisfied with their allotted branch should select Freeze. Those hoping for a better institute or branch can choose Float without losing the current seat.
Documents Required at the Help Centre
Candidates must carry originals and one self-attested photocopy of each document. Missing or mismatched documents will lead to rejection at the reporting stage.
- UPJEE 2026 rank card and admit card
- Class 10 and Class 12 mark sheets and certificates
- Seat allotment letter and fee payment receipt
- Domicile certificate and category certificate, if applicable
- Aadhaar card and recent passport-size photographs
The Round 1 cutoff sets the benchmark for later counselling rounds. Candidates who miss a preferred branch now can use these ranks to plan smarter choices in Round 2.
Action Plan for Candidates
