JEECUP Result 2018 has been released on May 29, 2018 by UPBTE board. The exam was conducted on April 22, 2018. Candidates can check their result by entering date of birth and roll number. The registration for the exam has closed. The Admit Card were released on April 16, 2018, and the result has been declared on May 29, 2018. The exam will be held in offline mode.Candidates can appear for the exam in both, English or Hindi as per the candidate’s preference.

JEECUP 2018 Eligibility
Prior to the commencement of online application process, it is necessary for the candidates to check JEECUP 2018 Eligibility Criteria. Though there is no upper age limit but minimum age must be 14 years.

JEECUP 2018 Application form
The application form for JEECUP are released through online mode only. It has been released on the official website. All the eligible candidates have to fill the online application form. The forms were released on December 21, 2017.
Before commencing the Online Registration, the candidates must be ready with the scanned copy of passport size photo (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm), signature (3.5cm X 1.5 cm) and thumb impression.
By following the below steps students are able to fill the application form:

- Click on the link “Apply for UPJEE Polytechnic 2018”
- Candidates have to register for the Online Registration Application form
- Next, candidates have to select the form type i.e. from Joint Entrance Examination for Group A or Joint Entrance Examination for Group B to K
- After successful registration, again login to the application form
- Candidates need to fill all the details in the online application form
- Next, upload the Photo, Signature and Thumb Impression in given dimensions
- Subsequently, make the application fee payment through either Online or Offline modes
- Candidates are advised to download and take the printout of the filled in JEECUP 2018 Application Form for their future use. They can submit only one application form per student whereas multiple application forms lead to rejection.
- Candidates have to pay INR 300 (INR 200 for Reserved categories) as the Application fee. They can pay fee by net banking/credit card/debit card/e-challan.
- Candidates paying through e-challan must submit the fee at any branch of State Bank of India.
JEECUP 2018 Admit Card
Candidates receive the Admit card through online mode only. It was released on April 16, 2018.
Candidates are advised to check all the details on the admit card. If one finds any mistake in the admit card they have to inform the examination authority. The admit card will not be sent through the post.

- On the website homepage, click on the Download admit card link of desired course group
- Students will be redirected to another page
- Enter the details like Application form, Application No, Password, and Security Pin
- Click on the Sign in Button
After clicking on the button, the admit card will be displayed on the screen. Students can download the card for their future use. The admit card will have the details related to students name, roll number, exam venue, exam date and timing etc.
JEECUP 2018 Exam Centers
At the time of filling the online application form, candidates have a choice to select the exam center of their choice. Exam center once allotted cannot be changed later. Students can check the name and venue of the exam center at the time of downloading admit card:

JEECUP 2018 Exam Pattern
JEECUP 2018 examination is conducted through offline mode only i.e. it is a Pen Paper-based exam. The exam comprises of multiple choice questions. Students should check the question booklet carefully. In the case of any discrepancy, the candidates should report the invigilator immediately.
- The time duration to complete the exam is 3 hours.
- The examination will be conducted in two sessions i.e. 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
- The paper will be asked in Hindi and English language
- For every correct answer, students will be awarded by 4 marks
- For every wrong attempt, 1 mark will be deducted
- A total number of objective type questions asked in the paper is 100.

JEECUP 2018 Syllabus

|Group A||It includes the UP Board 10th syllabus of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.|
|Group B||The syllabus consists two sections, the first section is of Mathematics while another section is of Physics/ Chemistry/ Agriculture|
|Group C||Group C syllabus consists of three sections i.e. Hindi and English Comprehension, Reasoning and Intelligence and General Awareness. It also includes the questions from 10th class|
|Group D||It is comprised of 12th class syllabus and will consist of four sections named Hindi and English, Comprehension, Reasoning and Intelligence, Numerical Ability and General Awareness|
|Group E||The syllabus of this group includes the two sections such as Physics and Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics. Applicants have to do the preparation from the 10+2 syllabus.|

JEECUP 2018 Result
JEECUP result has been announced by the Uttar Pradesh Board of the Technical Education. Candidates can check their result through online mode only. No other mode is applicable to check the result.
The result has been released on May 29, 2018. To check the result, students need to enter their roll number. Candidates are suggested to take the printout of the result for their future reference. No scorecard/ rank card will be sent through the post.

JEECUP 2018 Cut Off
After the declaration of the result, the cut-off will be released. The Cut-off is the minimum marks obtained by the candidate in order to proceed for further rounds of the admission process.
The cut-off marks will be calculated on the basis of some factors which are as below:

JEECUP 2018 Counselling
According to the candidates’ performance in the JEECUP 2018 entrance exam, they will be called for counselling. Candidates can participate in JEECUP counselling in the month of June 2018. The counselling will be organized through online mode only.
During counselling process candidates have to fill their college and courses preference. Candidates will get seat according to their rank and seat availability in respective college.

Ans. The registration process for the JEECUP 2018 exam started from 21st December 2017.

Ans. Yes, you can attempt the exam in either Hindi or English language as per your convenience.

Ans. There is no upper age limit for the candidates, but they must be of minimum 14 years old on 1st July 2018 to apply for the exam.

Ans. According to the UP government, there is a reservation criteria of 27% for Other Backward Classes (OBC) if they belong to Non Creamy Layer (NCL). The reservation for Scheduled Castes (SC) is 21% and Scheduled Tribes (ST) is 2%.
Other than this, there is 20% reservation for girls, 3% reservation for PwD candidates and 5% for freedom fighters.
