Who Can Participate in Round 4?

Round 4 is open to a wider candidate pool than earlier rounds. Both Uttar Pradesh domicile students and non-domicile students can take part. Only candidates who qualified JEECUP 2026 are eligible for a seat.

This is a major change from the UP-only Rounds 1 to 3. Non-domicile candidates get access to vacant seats after UP quotas are filled. The move helps fill unclaimed seats across polytechnic institutes.

What the Round 4 Cutoff Report Shows

The report lists institute-wise and course-wise opening and closing ranks. It covers government-aided and private polytechnic institutes across Uttar Pradesh. A candidate whose rank sits within the shown range secures the seat.

The document covers all polytechnic diploma groups offered in the state. Group A covers engineering and technology programmes. Other groups cover pharmacy, hotel management, fashion design and post-diploma courses.

Round 4 cutoffs open up more choices for mid-range rankers. This is because top rankers usually secure seats in the earlier rounds. Middle-rank students often benefit most from Round 4 allotment.
