The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has opened Round 2 counselling. Candidates can now register and fill choices at bed.jceceb.org.in. The round covers BEd, MEd, and BPEd programmes for 2026.
New registration and choice filling close on August 11, 2026. Candidates may edit their choices from August 12 to 13, 2026. The provisional seat allotment result will be issued on August 17, 2026. Document verification and admission will run from August 17 to 21, 2026.

Jharkhand BEd Counselling 2026 Fee Structure
Candidates in General, EWS, BC-I, and BC-II categories must pay Rs 400. SC, ST, and female candidates pay a reduced Rs 250. The counselling fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Payment is accepted via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI. Applicants must complete the payment within the registration window.

Who Is Eligible to Apply for Round 2?
