Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Seat Matrix Released; Check Choice Filling Last Date

The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the Jharkhand National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 Round 2 seat matrix. The matrix is available on the official website of JCECEB at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in.

Candidates participating in Round 2 counselling can now check the college-wise and category-wise seat distribution. The seat matrix covers government and private medical and dental colleges across the state. It lists the available MBBS and BDS seats for the second round of state-quota counselling.

The online choice filling and choice locking window closes at 11:59 PM on September 9, 2026. Fresh choice filling is mandatory for every candidate joining Round 2. All choices filled during Round 1 have been permanently deleted by JCECEB.

Candidates who fail to submit fresh choices will not be considered for Round 2 seat allotment. The Round 2 provisional seat allotment result is scheduled for release on September 11, 2026.

Seats on Offer Under Jharkhand State Quota

Jharkhand has ten medical colleges and four dental colleges participating in state counselling. Together they offer approximately 1,055 MBBS seats and 307 BDS seats through JCECEB. The Round 2 seat matrix distributes vacant seats left after Round 1 allotment and reporting.

The matrix classifies seats by category, including Unreserved, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Class-I, Backward Class-II, and Economically Weaker Section. Candidates should verify their category eligibility before locking choices.

4. Review the choices carefully and save them.
5. Lock the choices before 11:59 PM on September 9, 2026.
