Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 Round 3 Registration Begins; Check Last Date to Apply

The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has opened the Round 3 registration window for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2026 state counselling on its official portal at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in. The application window is open from September 20 to September 24, 2026, until 6 PM.

Round 3 is the final upgradation round for admission to MBBS, BDS and BHMS seats under the Jharkhand state quota. Candidates already included in the earlier State Merit List do not need to submit a fresh online application. Fresh aspirants who missed the previous rounds can register during this window.

An application editing facility will be available on September 24, 2026, from 6:01 PM until midnight. The revised State Merit List and vacant seat matrix will be published on September 25, 2026, on the official website.

Who Can Apply for Jharkhand NEET UG Round 3?

Candidates who have qualified NEET UG 2026 and meet the Jharkhand domicile requirements can apply for this round. Aspirants seeking a seat upgrade from Round 1 or Round 2 can also participate. As per the official notice, upgradation is available only through Round 3 during the current admission cycle.

Candidates already appearing on the State Merit List do not need to submit a new application. However, they must participate in the choice-filling process from September 28, 2026, to be considered for a fresh allotment.

How to Register for Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 Round 3?

1. Visit the official JCECEB website at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in.
2. Click on the NEET UG 2026 Round 3 counselling registration link.
3. Enter the NEET UG 2026 roll number and other required credentials.
4. Fill in the personal, academic and category details.
5. Upload scanned copies of the required documents.
6. Pay the counselling fee online through net banking, debit card, credit card or UPI.
7. Submit the application and save the confirmation page for future reference.

Key Rules on Seat Movement

State Quota candidates moving to All India Quota seats must surrender their original state seat by October 3, 2026. The security money will be forfeited if a candidate resigns from a State Quota seat after allotment. Candidates should carefully read the official notice available on the JCECEB portal before locking their choices.

1. Log in at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in and begin registration before September 24 at 6 PM.
2. Keep the NEET UG 2026 scorecard, Class 10 and 12 certificates, domicile proof and category certificate ready.
3. Pay the counselling fee online during the application window.
4. Check the State Merit List and vacant seat matrix on September 25.
5. Complete choice filling and locking between September 28 and October 7.
6. Report to the allotted college with original documents before October 14.
