The Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) has released the revised State Merit List for the Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 Round 3 online counselling. Eligible candidates can now register and complete choice filling on the official portal at neetug.jceceb.co.in. The window closes at 6 PM on October 7, 2026.
The revised list covers admission to MBBS, BDS, and BHMS seats under the Jharkhand state quota. JCECEB has also issued a Revised Not Eligible List for Round 3 on the same date. Candidates must check both notifications before proceeding with registration.

Who Needs to Pay the Security Deposit?
Fresh candidates entering counselling in Round 3 must pay the mandatory online counselling fee. However, candidates who already paid the security deposit in Round 1 or Round 2 do not need to pay it again.
The payment can be made through net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI on the official portal.

How to Complete Choice Filling for Jharkhand NEET UG 2026 Round 3?
Candidates named in the revised merit list must log in and submit their college preferences within the prescribed window. Missing the deadline will forfeit their chance in the final round.
- Visit the official portal at neetug.jceceb.co.in.
- Log in using the registered NEET UG credentials.
- Pay the online counselling fee, if not already paid earlier.
- Select the desired colleges and courses in order of preference.
- Lock the choices and download the confirmation slip.

Round 3 is the final upgradation round for Jharkhand state quota MBBS, BDS, and BHMS seats in 2026. Candidates who skip it lose their last chance to secure or upgrade a seat this year.
Action Plan for Candidates
- Check your name on the revised State Merit List at jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in.
- Verify you are not listed on the Revised Not Eligible List.
- Log in to the counselling portal and complete registration.
- Pay the online counselling fee if you are a fresh applicant.
- Fill and lock college choices before 6 PM on October 7, 2026.
- Download the seat allotment letter from October 9 onwards.
- Report to the allotted college with documents between October 10 and 14.
Watch for the Round 3 seat allotment result on the JCECEB portal from October 9, 2026. Document verification at allotted colleges begins October 10.
