DMER Tamil Nadu has opened NEET UG 2026 Round 3 registration at tnmedicalselection.net. Candidates ranked GR 1 to 3625 can apply until September 30, paying Rs 500. Choice filling runs October 1 to 9.
The Directorate of Medical Education and Research has released the Round 3 notification. This applies to NEET UG 2026 counselling in Tamil Nadu. The DMER portal is live at tnmedicalselection.net. It covers MBBS and BDS admissions under two quotas.
Registration closes on September 30, 2026, at 5 PM. Candidates must pay a Rs 500 non-refundable fee. Payment modes include net banking, debit card, credit card, and UPI.
Two separate portals have been activated for the process. The 7.5 percent quota link serves Tamil Nadu government school students. The 92.5 percent quota link serves the general Government and Management quota.

Who Is Eligible for TN NEET UG 2026 Round 3?
Candidates must hold a valid NEET UG 2026 scorecard. Eligibility covers General Rank 1 to 3625 in NEET UG 2026. This range corresponds to scores from 599 down to 177. Both fresh and previous-round candidates can register, subject to seat availability.
Round 2 joinees wishing to withdraw must use the resignation portal first. This step is mandatory before applying afresh in Round 3.
