JKBOPEE has opened JKCET 2026 Round 3 counselling from July 3 at jkbopee.gov.in. Eligible candidates can register, fill choices and await seat allotment for engineering admissions across GCET, MIET, YCET and SSM.
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has opened Round 3 counselling at jkbopee.gov.in. The round covers Common Entrance Test (JKCET) 2026 engineering admissions. Registered candidates can now log in and start the process.
Round 3 opens fresh options for candidates without a confirmed seat. It also runs upgrades for those who chose the Float option. The round targets seats that stayed vacant after Round 2 allotment. Round 2 seat allotment was announced on June 23, 2026.

Who Can Participate in Round 3?
Round 3 is open to registered JKCET 2026 counselling candidates. Applicants who did not receive an allotment earlier can also apply. Candidates who chose Float in Round 2 will be auto-considered for upgrade. Fresh JKCET 2026 qualifiers eligible per the board notice may also join.

- Log in using the JKCET application number and password.
- Open the Round 3 counselling section on the dashboard.
- Review or edit the choice list of colleges and courses.
- Submit and lock the choices before the deadline.
- Download the confirmation slip for future reference.

How to Pay the Seat Acceptance Fee and Report?
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 3 must accept it online. The seat is confirmed by paying the acceptance fee on the portal. Payment can be made via net banking, debit card, or UPI. Non-payment within the window will cancel the allotted seat automatically.
Selected candidates must also report physically to the allotted institute. Original documents and the allotment letter are required at reporting. Missing the reporting date will forfeit the seat and end the admission.
Round 3 is often the last full counselling round under JKBOPEE. Missing this cycle can cost a state quota engineering seat.
