Jawaharlal Nehru University has declared that it will be conducting offline examinations for those students who were unable to appear for online examinations
JNU has announced that the offline examinations will be taking place once the university reopens after the nation-wide lockdown to prevent the spread of COVID19. According to the latest guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, the decision related to reopening all the educational institutions will be announced in July 2020. JNU is also set to release the schedule of the offline examinations once the university reopens, along with other educational institutions.
All the academic institutions in the country have been so far shut down until further notice due to the nation-wide lockdown as a precautionary method to prevent transmission of the coronavirus. Several universities have been conducting online classes as well as online examinations.
JNU has advised all its students to stay aware and updated about the news and notifications on the university’s official website.
