Candidates who have participated in Round 3 and did not get a medical seat in any round in KEA are eligible for the medical seat in the Stray Vacancy Round.
The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has released a schedule for the Stray Round Vacancy to fill the medical seats. Aspirants who have got seat in AIQ, Deemed University, or any institution are not eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round.
Interested and eligible candidates can enter their options afresh till December 12, 2025, till 5 PM. The stray vacancy round seat allotment provisional results will be published on December 13, 2025, after 10 AM. However, the publication of the final result of the seat allotment in the stray vacancy round will be on December 13, 2025, after 2 PM.
The last date to report to the allotted college and fee payment is December 15, 2025. After the fee payment, candidates will be able to download the confirmation slip.

Students who have qualified for NEET UG 2025 and have participated in Round 3 and got allotted a dental seat can participate only for medical seats, and those who were not allotted any seat can participate for dental seats.
