How to Download the KEAM 2026 Phase 2 Allotment Memo?

Candidates can download the individual allotment memo by following the steps below. The memo is mandatory for fee payment and college reporting.

  • Visit the official CEE Kerala portal at cee.kerala.gov.in.
  • Open the KEAM 2026 candidate portal section on the homepage.
  • Log in using the application number and password.
  • Click on the Phase 2 allotment memo link inside the CAP 2026 dashboard.
  • Download the memo and take a printout for record and reporting.

How to Pay the KEAM 2026 Phase 2 Fee?

Candidates allotted a seat in Phase 2 must remit the fee mentioned in the allotment memo before the deadline. The token fee paid during Phase 1 will be adjusted against the new allotment. Only the balance amount, if any, needs to be paid.

Fee payment can be made through two official modes. Candidates can pay online through the KEAM portal using net banking, debit card, credit card, or UPI. Payment can also be made in cash at any Head Post Office across Kerala.

How to Report at the Allotted College?

Reporting at the allotted college is compulsory for Phase 2 candidates. Candidates must physically visit the allotted institution and complete the admission process by July 24, 2026 evening.

Candidates should carry the printed allotment memo, all original certificates, one set of self-attested photocopies, and passport-size photographs. The balance college fees and caution deposit, wherever applicable, must be paid at the institution.

What Happens if a Candidate Misses the Deadline?

Candidates who fail to remit the fee or report at the college on or before July 24, 2026 will lose the Phase 2 allotment. They will also lose all remaining options in the engineering stream for the next phase of counselling.

The lost options cannot be restored in the subsequent phase. Students who wish to retain their higher options should confirm the current allotment and complete the payment on time.

Why This Matters

Phase 2 is the last major reshuffle before the final phase of KEAM counselling. Missing the July 24 deadline blocks a candidate from all remaining engineering options in Kerala this year.

Action Plan for Candidates

  1. Log in to cee.kerala.gov.in and check the Phase 2 allotment status.
  2. Download and print the Phase 2 allotment memo from the portal.
  3. Pay the balance fee online or at the nearest Head Post Office.
  4. Arrange all original certificates, photocopies, and passport photographs.
  5. Report to the allotted college and complete admission by July 24, 2026.
Keep an Eye On

The CEE Kerala portal will next release the Phase 3 allotment schedule and the final allotment list for BE and BTech admissions on cee.kerala.gov.in.
