The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala has opened the Phase 1 Option Registration for the Kerala NEET Postgraduate (PG) Medical Counselling 2026. How to Register Options for Kerala NEET PG 2026 Phase 1?

1. Visit the official CEE Kerala PG Medical portal at cee.kerala.gov.in.
2. Log in using the application number and password.
3. Click on the Phase 1 Option Registration link on the candidate home page.
4. View the list of available colleges and courses.
5. Add preferred college-course combinations in order of priority.
6. Rearrange, add, or delete options until the registration closes.
7. Save the final options and take a printout for personal records.

Options can be modified any number of times before the deadline. The last saved list will be considered final for allotment.

Who Is Eligible to Register Options?

Only candidates included in the Kerala State Merit List for NEET PG 2026 can register options in Phase 1. Candidates must have cleared NEET PG 2026 and completed the Kerala-specific application process on the CEE portal.

Those not in the merit list or category list must verify their status before attempting to log in. Discrepancy complaints, if any, should be submitted to CEE through the official channel within the published window.
