The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has opened a correction window. Candidates can now edit their Kerala NEET UG Counselling 2026 application forms. The facility is live on the official portal at cee.kerala.gov.in.
The correction facility is meant for MBBS, BDS, and AYUSH aspirants. It applies to candidates who registered for the state medical counselling process. They can update fields flagged by CEE Kerala on their profile page.
What the Correction Window Allows
Candidates can rectify their name, photo, signature, and nativity details. Reservation category and fee concession claims can also be corrected. Every correction requires a valid supporting document uploaded through the portal.
The Memo Details section lists all fields flagged by CEE Kerala. Candidates must check this section carefully before making any edits. Only listed fields can be modified during this correction window.

How to Edit the Kerala NEET UG Application?
Candidates need to log in to the candidate portal at cee.kerala.gov.in. They must use their application number and registered password. The profile page shows all submitted details after login.
Open the Memo Details section to view flagged fields for correction. Enter the correct information and upload the required supporting document. Click submit to save the correction on the portal.
Documents sent by post or email will not be accepted. All corrections must be made through the online candidate portal only.
Errors in nativity or reservation claims often lead to seat cancellation later. This window is the last chance to fix such issues. Round 1 counselling begins on August 13, 2026.

- Visit the official portal at cee.kerala.gov.in and log in.
- Open the Memo Details section to view flagged fields.
- Keep scanned copies of required certificates ready for upload.
- Correct each flagged field and attach the supporting document.
