- Visit the official portal at tsbdsadm.tsche.in.
- Log in using the credentials created at the time of registration.
- Open the web options section on the candidate dashboard.
- Select any number of colleges in order of preference.
- Rearrange the choices as needed before final submission.

Who Is Eligible to Participate in Phase 1?
Only candidates listed in the final merit list published on August 28, 2026 can exercise web options. The merit list covers admissions under the Competent Authority Quota for both MBBS and BDS streams. Candidates seeking BDS seats must file preferences in the current window.
Candidates can pick as many colleges as they wish based on their choice. KNRUHS advises candidates to include a wide spread of preferences to improve their allotment chances. Skipping this phase or not joining an allotted seat will lead to debarment from later rounds.
