Madhya Pradesh BE/ B.Tech Merit List 2022 Released on September 6 (Today); Check direct link here

New Delhi: The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Madhya Pradesh has released the first merit list for BE/ B.Tech admission today, September 6, 2022. Candidates who have applied for admission can check the merit list through the official website of MP DTE.

The registration process for MP BE/ B.Tech Admission 2022 had started from August 25 and was open till September 1, 2022.  Admission is done on the basis of an entrance exam. Candidates must qualify for the JEE Main Entrance exam to seek admission to the BTech Colleges in Madhya Pradesh.

MP BTech Admission 2022: Counselling Process

There is a centralised online counselling procedure conducted by MP DTE in government engineering colleges, private/ unaided engineering colleges and state universities for B.Tech Admission 2022 . The process of Web counselling is mentioned below:

Online Registration And Application:

• The aspiring candidates must register themselves for online counselling on the official website of DTE, Madhya Pradesh. After successful registration, Login ID and password would be generated. 
• The candidates need to login to the portal and fill the application form for BTech counselling and upload the required documents in prescribed format. 

Online Certificate Verification Of The Candidate:

The documents uploaded by the candidates would be verified by the authorities online. The eligibility to participate in the Choice-Filling process would be decided by the e-verification of documents. 

Choice Filling And Locking

• The candidates can choose the maximum number of colleges they wish to join and arrange them in the order of priority. Once the candidates are sure about the choices or options filled in the Form, they can lock their choice to confirm the entry.
• The candidates need to pay an amount of Rs. 1530 in order to participate in the choice filling and allotment procedure.

Final Allotment Of Seats

The seats will be allotted in the counselling process on the basis of JEE Main Ranks followed by Merit in Class XII, filled choices, availability of seats and category. The final allotments will be placed on the website on the scheduled date. The Candidate can download the allotment order by logging on the portal.

Reporting And Payment Of Fees At The College

The candidates need to report at the allotted college along with the seat allotment letter. The candidate also needs to pay the course fee. If a Candidate fails to report by the dates stipulated, the allotment stands cancelled.
